Each House of Aal piece travels from our atelier to your door by insured courier, in the House box, discreetly packed.

Where we deliver

We deliver across the Gulf: Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Oman, and Qatar. Every shipment travels with DHL Express, fully insured, carried door to door, and signed for on delivery.

When your piece is dispatched

Our pieces are made to order. Yours is crafted, inspected, and dispatched within 5–10 working days of your order; once it is with the courier, we send you the tracking details. A bespoke or engraved commission follows its own timeline, which we confirm with you before work begins.

Duties and taxes

Duties and taxes are included where applicable — the price you see is the price you pay, with nothing to settle at the door.

Transit begins when your piece leaves the atelier, after the 5–10 working days in which it is made. Your dispatch confirmation carries your DHL Express tracking, so you may follow your piece all the way to your door.
