Lifetime Care

Every piece that carries the House’s mark remains in the House’s care. We call this lifetime care — our Khatam, the seal of completeness: a promise that begins when your piece arrives and lasts for as long as you own it.

What lifetime care includes

  • Professional cleaning — your piece returned to the atelier and brought back to its first light.
  • Polishing — the gentle renewal of surfaces that daily wear has softened.
  • Prong checks — inspection of every setting, so each stone sits as securely as the day it was set.
  • The first resize — on the House, whenever you are ready.

All of this for as long as you own the piece, at no charge. Work beyond this scope — a later resize, or a repair after damage — is quoted plainly and agreed with you before anything begins.

What it does not cover

Lifetime care covers the piece as we made it. It does not extend to loss, theft, or alteration by another workshop — a piece altered outside our atelier leaves our care.

How to arrange care

  1. Message the House on WhatsApp, or write to us through our contact page. We reply within one working day.
  2. We arrange insured collection from your door — you will not need to find a courier.
  3. The atelier confirms what will be done, and how long it will take, before any work begins. Your piece then returns to you insured, signed for, and in the House box.

Where this promise lives
