Refund policy

Every piece that leaves the House is made to be kept. If yours is not right, we will handle its return with the same care with which it was made.

The return window

You may return a piece within 14 days of the day it is delivered to you. Write to us through our contact page within that window and we will begin the arrangement, ordinarily the same working day.

Condition

A returned piece must be unworn and in its original condition, with the House box and its contents intact — the certificate, the care card, and the presentation itself. We ask this so that every piece we send out is exactly as it should be.

Custom and engraved pieces

A piece made to your commission, or engraved with your words, is yours alone and cannot be returned. If the size is not right, it may be exchanged for resizing — write to us and the House will arrange it.

Return shipping

You will not need to find a courier. The House arranges collection from your door, fully insured, door to door, at no cost to you. Once your return is confirmed, we will send you the collection details and a simple packing note.

Your refund

Once the piece reaches us and is reviewed, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days of our receiving the return. Your bank or card issuer may take a few further days to show it.

Beyond returns

Every House of Aal piece is accompanied by lifetime care — professional cleaning, polishing, prong checks, and the first resize, for as long as you own the piece. To arrange it, message the House on WhatsApp or write to us through our contact page, and we will collect the piece from your door, insured, and return it the same way.
