Shipping & Returns
Every piece travels by insured courier throughout the GCC, with delivery on the House. As each piece is made to order, please allow 5–10 working days for dispatch. Should a piece not feel right, return it unworn within 14 days of arrival for a full refund or exchange.

Every stone the House sets is independently certified, and the certificate travels with its piece. What we know, you know — cut, colour, clarity, and carat, disclosed in full.
