Bespoke

A piece that begins with you.

From a first conversation to a finished heirloom — one piece, made once, designed around your story, your stone, your occasion.

How it works

Three steps, one piece

  1. Step 1.

    Share your vision

A short conversation — on WhatsApp, by written enquiry or in person — about the piece you imagine and the occasion it marks.

  2. Step 2.

    Design together

Sketches, stones and settings, refined with you at every step until the drawing is exactly right.

  3. Step 3.

    Crafted for you

Hand-finished in 18k gold at the atelier and delivered in the House box, ready to be kept.

From the atelier — concept work, shown as inspiration for what a commission can become.

The atelier

Made once, made properly.

A commission moves at the pace of the work: stones sourced and shown to you before they are set, gold cast in 18k and finished by hand at the bench, every angle checked against the drawing you approved.

A commission might begin with a grandmother's bangle to be remade for three sisters, a first-anniversary Khatam ring, or a single sketch on a napkin. Yours can begin with less.

Begin the conversation

Most commissions start with a short message — a photograph, a memory, a rough idea. We take it from there, together.

Begin on WhatsApp

Prefer to write? Use the form below — a bespoke enquiry reaches the atelier directly.

Bespoke enquiry

Eight small questions — a minute or two, no more. The atelier replies within one working day.

More to share — a sketch, a photograph, a story? Send it on WhatsApp and we will read it alongside your enquiry.

What to expect

Bespoke asks for trust in both directions. These are the terms of the House, stated plainly.

  • A reply within one working day

Every enquiry — WhatsApp or written — is answered by the atelier, not an automation.

  • A refundable consultation

Commissions begin with a design consultation that is fully refundable if we are not the right house for the piece.

  • Everything agreed before work

Design revisions continue until you approve the drawing; only then are deposit, timeline and final price set out in writing — before any gold is cast. Most commissions finish within six to eight weeks of design approval.

  • Made for you, and only you

Custom pieces are exchangeable for resizing at any time — though, made once for one person, they cannot be returned.
